In April Melissa delivered a paper at the Jewellers and Metalsmiths Group of Australia (JMGA) conference in Perth. She promised at the closing of her presentation to publish the links for her slides. These links, along with some supplementary information, are now available here, on her blog.

Right now Melissa has work in two shows on either side of the country; one entitled Return, which she curated to coincide with the JMGA conference in Perth, and another called One Cup, curated by Megan Herring at Hand Held Gallery in Melbourne. The One Cup show is works by various artists, with the theme being ‘teaspoon’. A whole 48 of them in fact, as it takes 48 teaspoons to fill one cup.

Both shows are in their last week, with Return finishing with a morning tea on Thursday the 29th, and One Cup finishing on Saturday the 1st of May.
