I talked about doing a weaving workshop a couple of weeks ago. Last Thursday I went to see the ladies of the Pacific Women’s Weaving Circle doing a weaving demonstration inside the atrium at Fed Square.
So inspired, yesterday Turbo and I talk a walk to a local park, where we sat for a while and I finished the second piece of weaving I had started during the lesson at Harvest Workroom, while he read a book… (This being TurboNerd, the book was of course on his iPad.)
I wore the piece home. Then converted it into a neckpiece, as I had originally intended it to be.
I get to keep this one! (I wore it to the pub even ;] )
