Shipping

Please note that works may take up to two days to be prepared for shipping and sent. You will receive a shipping number once the parcel has been lodged with the courier.

Within Australia

Orders over $100 are Express Shipped via Australia Post free of charge. Express shipping is insured, tracked and will require signature on delivery.

Orders under $100 will incur a $20 shipping fee and will also ship via Express Post.

If you are in Boorloo/Perth and would like to click-and-collect your order, please check that button on checkout. When your order is ready you will be sent the collection address, so please insure you fill in your contact details correctly.

Outside Australia

We ship outside Australia to specific regions, which include New Zealand, USA, Canada, the UK and parts of Asia and Europe. Delivery times will vary depending on location, customs and delivery practices. Exporting from Australia, most shipments are made between two to fourteen business days.

Depending on availability within your country, orders over $250 will be shipped free of charge via DHL Express Worldwide. Orders under $250 will incur a $50 shipping fee.

Please note: orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of you, the purchaser. Please expect to pay these additional fees upon receipt of your package. Check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs.

Returns

For domestic orders an exchange can be arranged within seven days of purchase. Please contact jewellery@melissacameron.net to arrange a return. The work must be returned in original condition and box, surrounded by suitable packaging. Return shipping must be paid for by you, the purchaser, and be lodged within seven days of receipt of the original shipment. Melissa does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit so suggests insurance and tracking as appropriate.

Special orders and resized items are not eligible for return.

International orders not eligible for return, unless the product you received has been confirmed by Melissa as faulty.
